Trey playing xbox. He didn't play much after the first couple of days. Just was too tired. He had fun playing while it lasted!

Today was actually kind of a slow day. We were able to digest some of the information that has been thrown our way.
There are different phases throughout the chemo treatment. The first month is called the induction phase. He will be given three main medications that will be his primary chemo treatment for this month. The following months maybe different and we don't go into that until the end of this month. Thursdays are our clinic days. It will be an outpatient treatment here at the hospital and they said to plan on being here the majority of the day.
He was given his first dose of chemo. He did really well. It's administered through the IV. He seems to have tolerated that treatment. He also is taking a type of steriod which is part of the chemo treatment. This is suppose to make him REALLY hungrey. As if he already wasn't eating me out of house and home! I'll really have to stock up the fridge and pantry!
Trey likes playing the Xbox. His favorite game is Shrek 3! We will hear him grunt and ask him if he's okay. His response (with a look of determination) is "I'm trying to get him up on that platform!" He can really get into his games!
